Matt was recommended to me and I am so pleased I went to him for help. Have been suffering from headaches for a number of years and no other specialist has been able to diagnose the cause. One visit and I was amazed that at last someone could explain the cause and how to manage/prevent them. Matt was excellent in helping me to understand strengthening exercises I need to do and gave me exercises to do at home. He has helped enormously and I can’t thank him enough. I highly recommend him.

I was suffering from shoulder pain for a while until I went to the osteo. Jake really helped me both in clinic and also with my rehabilitation. I felt much better after the first session and the rehab has now made my shoulder feel stronger than ever.
I’ve been seeing Matt for a few years now since I slipped a disc. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I was in such a state when we first met. Sobbing because I couldn’t even lift my son and saw no end in sight. He is not only a lovely, kind person who was full of empathy but he sent me off after my first session fully mobile and 90% better! I genuinely couldn’t believe the transformation. Subsequent treatments meant I was soon back to full health. Again today, I’d displaced a rib slightly and every breath hurt. At home now and wondering quite how he does it, I’ve done the school run and tidied the house! This man is top notch. I swear he has magic hands!
