Can’t sample cheese unlike the one other company down the road so you have to take the sales assistants recommendations based on your preferences. Sales assistant not so bothered. Cheese over priced Average taste and quality. Can get much better for less at the local supermarket

This place is great, and I collected lots of local Cheddar and a cave aged Cheddar. The man who served me was very nice and polite He also sells Glastonbury pickled eggs and shallots, just great to eat with your Cheddar Will visit here again soon. You can also buy Cheddar actually made in Cheddar too, but all Cheddar here is local and handmade.
Visited today. Bought a wedge of the original cheddar cheese since 1870 for 6.00 only to find the block was completely mouldy when I got home. A disgrace! Tiny spiced apple chutney was liquid syrup and was worse than the insides of a mr Kipling bramley apple pie! Tiny tiny jar at 4.90
