Great traditional pub close to the town centre. Friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere with great range of real ales. Quiz nights, live music, pork pies and a selection of board games. Is dog friendly. A nice place to sit and chat, or to read a book if you want to be alone. They make everyone feel welcome.
Great pub, great beer, stout mmmmmmm, friendly fellow drinkers, Grumpy had a nice time....hope to return.
