The Optic shop in Carmarthen is one of the best I’ve ever been to. Staff are extremely polite and professional. The quality of work is exceptional. Selection is a vast and modern. It’s always a pleasure to visit the Optic Shop. Love it.

Exemplary Service! Had an Eye test and purchased a pair of prescription sunglasses, thoroughly recommend.
Poor customer service. I had visited the shop in early February to have my eye sited tested, l specifically asked about being able to update my contact lenses as l had said that l was beginning to struggle with my current lenses at the time. They had not measured my eye diameter or sphere and l had been left unable to order new lenses at lense store because l hadn't the correct details. Phoned the store and explained my situation and they said it was an extra 20.00 to have my eyes examined for contact lenses, even though l had specifically asked on the day on two separate occasions while my partner was stood next to me. Should have gone to SpecSavers.
