Needed an eye test. So booked an appointment just after covid lockdown. Very pleased with service, very professional. Ticked all the boxes for me. Would definitely recommend.

Purchased glasses for the price of a holiday. 370 on lenses that give you a headache when wearing them. Have to keep your head at a rediculous angle to see a computer screen or read a book. Sold to me as high quality lenses but trust me save your cash and get better glasses at boots, Specsavers etc. Promised a follow up visit to see if I had ''got used the them'. Didn't happen. So couple poor quality lenses and poor back up, I would make sure you are fully aware of what you are getting for your premium payment.
Excellent service !! Had the arm break on my glasses I purchased in Poland. Took them to a number of opticians only to be told they couldnt be repaired. Tried The Optic shop in Abergavenny not only did they repair the arm they refused to charge for temporary fix. Cant thank you enough. You must have a lot of returning business thank you.
