9/Feb Went in 3 people were not wearing a mask in a space that is poorly ventilated small. 2 of them were staff, who pointed out that the flexi glass was there to protect hence why not wearing a mask. However, transmission is airborne a plexi glass will not protect due to particle being able to still freely roam the space including behind the glass. Instead of welcoming the information, one of the clerks patronisingly kept parroting what I said - to be both dismissive and condescending. Highlighted that I am a scientist - so not just speaking without a base, however, even if I wasn't it has been mandated to wear a mask. She then sarcastically asked if she wore the mask would it protect us - which I replied yes - if we both wear a mask and socially distance we protect each other - to which she answered \to each their own:\ Which is fine if the actions of others didn't impact others - plus how is that even part of good customer services or a civil society where we should be looking out for one another. We are not just in the middle of a pandemic -we are in the one its peaks. It really is a shame we have to be held to ransom by the most ignorant and dumbest in society. This is such a poor show that you care for those who give you custom or the role that you play in a civil society.

My favourite local place to shop for organic and healthy food and medicinal products. Love the owners who are fully committed to their beliefs in a healthy and environmentally conscious world. It's not only a business for them, it's a full dedication that embrace all of who they are and their lifestyle. Prices are not higher than any of the other big chains and you get a \personalized\ service here. Every time I look for a product they dont have, if they can they will order it straight away for me... fully recommend this little place, where you find a real \community\ spirit, a \family\, a very friendly place with good quality products... please give it a chance and talk to the owners they are so lovely

I’m a local who has supported this shop. Until today. The female owner is one of the rudest, tense people I’ve encountered. She was angry that Amex had the shop on it’s site (I asked if I could use my card and advised her of this), but most frustrating was the lack of social distancing or concern for COVID rules. She was standing close to me and when I moved away because she wasn’t wearing a mask, she said “You’re OK, you’re wearing your mask” and walked away (despite the fact my mask protects her from me, not the other way around). No respect or consideration for her customers. I will no longer support the shop.

Went there today as the shop was recommended. Selection of organic foods and products I think are overpriced. I personally didn't have any experience of customer service. I prefer Planet Organic, Revital or Whole foods market.

Soup was delicious. This place is very accommodating for food allergies. They have a wide selection of hard to find and niche products.
