Burgers were great and loved the chunky chips. Good service from the staff, nothing was too much trouble. The best quality pizza I ever had was in a restaurant on a small island off the coast of Sardinia. Huddersfield is never going to match that. But my pizza at the Old Wire Works was epic in the sense that it could feed a hungry family of four.

Whilst my niece was In Huddersfield royal infirmary we nipped in for some food. The pub and staff are clean and smart and welcoming. We did have to wait a fair while for the food to come out but it was great when it did. Would definitely come back when visiting
