Staff were lovely. We had pre booked for a group. The sandwiches were given without order, I couldn't eat some of them so choice was limited for me. No one checked to see if we needed anything further until one of us popped downstairs to ask for butter. Lots of tea when we asked for refresh. Tiny cakes were a bit dry and we didn't know what they were. Scone was lovely but sadly due to an injury caused by a chair I didn't feel like eating it. Getting the first aid kit took a long time while I was still bleeding. Maybe if you go as two or four you get to choose your sandwiches or cakes if so it would be a lovely tea. Ambience of the tearoom is nice.
