Lovely pub next to a river running in to the sea. The food is really tasty and inexpensive. Good choice of beers and ciders. Friendly staff. Welcomes dogs and small children. We go every time we visit Scarborough, can recommend the scampi and the Steak Baguette.

Nice and quiet place for a peaceful drink whilst staring across to Scarborough Castle on a warm and sunny evening.
Great little pub with good food, a friendly atmosphere and amazing views over North Bay and beyond. Highly recommended!

Great place if you like a proper pub. Great view if, like us, you're lucky enough to get a window seat. Basic pub grub menu, but done well. Real good scampi and proper chips made with a potatoes.
