The Old Post Office Tea Rooms

We had an afternoon tea for two delivered from the Old post office tea room. It was delicious. Such a lot of beautiful sandwiches, sausage rolls, savoury bites. Full tray of miniature cakes and pastries. Everything very fresh. Highly recommend.

I think the phrase \hidden gem\ is often overused, having said that the old post office definitely fits the bill. From the lovely and friendly owner who gave our little dog the warmest of welcomes to the exceptional home cooked food and cakes. The rear terrace is a lovely environment to sit and enjoy breakfast, lunch or coffee and cake after a long walk on the beach.

We love going here after a nice walk on the beach. The service is always excellent and friendly. Lots of home made cakes to choose from as well as a nice varied menu. Pooches are made to feel very welcome and are welcome inside and in the outside seating area. We have been visiting for about 3 years now. We highly recommend The Old Post Office Tea Rooms they have a great team x

Felt like I had gone to my mums for breakfast, the staff are so friendly and welcoming, we sat in the garden area which was really nice! They accommodate for your dog, under each table was a cushion for the dogs! (They also sell dog treats) brilliant food and service will definitely go again when in the area!

one of the most dog friendly cafes we have ever visited. staff were all lovely. hot chocolate with all the trimmings was fantastic and no complaints about the bacon and sausage sandwiches either. bonus that the beach is at the end of the road too.
