The Carmel Queijadas are TO DIE FOR! Cold, creamy, Caramely. I don’t know how they do it but whatever their sorcery is, it’s producing perfection.
Great baked goods, the variety and quality is outstanding and if you're looking for Pastéis de Nata (portuguese custard tarts) in Cambridge this is the place to go to. Nice pantry of Portuguese staples is also available (from olive oil, porridge or cereal, to rice and seasonings). Staff is as kind as they come and if you are lucky, you might be able to practice your Português
Good Portuguese bakery, glad to know there is a continental bakery with a lot of various bread an pastry. I love the pastel de Nata.
I’ve been here 4 times since finding this place 1 week ago. It’s a small shop full of character with the wonderful Adilia making sure you leave with a happy tummy and a smile. I think I’ve become a regular. Also, the best Portuguese custard tarts I’ve ever tasted outside of Portugal. Crunchy and velvety.
