Lovely village pub I used to visit on bike rides as a younger man, the new decor is wonderful, the first time visiting in 8 years felt just as homely as the first time! Good was top notch also, pub classics done well.

For a small village pub The Old Jack is something of an eye opener. With a large white linen dining room and table service on one side, and an excellent open an lounge/bar serving good pub grub on the other it's no wonder it attracts all the best local characters you could ever hope to meet!
Lovely village pub. Dogs welcome too! Delicious food at a very reasonable price. Recommend.
