Stopped here for brunch. Full English was excellent and the staff, with the exception of perhaps the owner (?), were helpful and polite. Overall a nice experience. Recommended.

We visited one busy weekend and enjoyed the coffee, cake and relaxed atmosphere. However, I would raise their Covid measures. No hand sanitizer on entry, open containers with sachets around the room and general use ketchup bottles on the tables etc. It just didn't seem to be operating at a level of hygiene necessary compared to other venues in Rye.
Really quick and friendly service, the food was lovely and really tasty but the main selling point for me was the aesthetic. Its got a really homely country kitchen vibe
I come here a couple of weeks ago and could not fault anything. The food was lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful.it was a little pricey but worth it. However today I had a different experience. The food was not as good as last time- not worth the price at all. The guy that served me come across as rude and abrupt. The toilet was dark and dingy. There was cob webs on the mirrors and in the corners of the room. I will take my custom elsewhere.
Good food, lovely people but it does need a good clean. Some of the surfaces were very dusty, the child seats were grubby etc. Would still recommend though as the food was very tasty.
