Excellent main course - real value for money. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable, making great recommendations. Dessert was equally excellent.
A delicious Sunday lunch. We managed to get a table in the garden and were able to order using our phone. The service was very friendly, efficient and speedy. We hadn't booked in advance but just dropped in after walking the dogs in nearby Twywell Plantation. A lovely way to finish our morning!
Always a good meal here with plenty of choice. Wine is a bit pricey. On a different tack there is good activity to protect staff and customers with regular cleaning g on tables including the large outside area. Always a favourite for me.
I love this place. Apart from being in one of my favourite villages the staff and the food are both great. Used to go regularly for Saturday breakfast. Must resume the habit. Taken many guests there too over the years.
