It was dreadful, never felt so unwelcome in an antique shop. Overpriced tat, seen better in a charity shop. They should be more friendly to their customers, the saving grace was the young man who appeared before we left. I do spend a lot of money in places I like Not here. ️

Quite and calm, called in on the off chance, unfortunately there was an event on in the evening, so we only had soup and bread. It was delicious, service was great and people in the restaurant very friendly . Can only imagine that the menu would be just as nice. A nice place to sit and eat, with an eclectic venue that keeps your eyes busy. Buy some of the marmalade and other offerings they are also delicious. I have and will recommend this venue

Visited for a cup of coffee and a scone on our way from the stone circle. We weren't sure if it was open as ity quiet in the winter. A nice young man served us - very friendly and polite. I was pleasantly surprised that my cappuccino was in a cup that was the perfect size (these days you can only get massive cups with too much milk just because people want more for their money - if you are looking for that, just find a Costa or a Starbucks instead). Scone was tasty and the jam was absolutely delicious. Drinks and food was reasonably priced. Will visit again!

This place sounds lovely normally but I'm doubtful they'll survive covid with their approach. Booking required. Rude, paranoid employee. No family welcome. In this economy businesses will have to do much better to please their customers. I won't be returning which is a shame because I buy a lot of antiques.
