A while since I visited (pre lockdown) but the least friendly pub I have ever been to and I have been to a good few. Regulars acted as though they owned the place and crowded around the bar and only reluctantly moved to let you get past to reach a table. Had high hopes but one visit was one too many for me.

Good place to get locally brewed beers, and meet up with the locals.
Real gem - pub of the year many times and well deserved. Great range of cask and keg beers in lovely stone building. Perfect pub.
Small pub, big on character. Always try to pop in when visiting the area. Great selection of beers & good atmosphere!
I have been meaning to visit this pub for some time. So while on an afternoon trip to Morpeth we called in. My what a great little pub this is. Very cosy and friendly. The lady that served us was very friendly and helpful. The place is also dog friendly. Wonderful.
