In normal (non-Covid) times, this is a traditional pub with excellent food, with specials most nights (Steak night etc). Obviously, this pandemic has changed the whole world, but the team at The Nog are now doing a substantial and rather tasty take Away Menu from Thursday to Sunday - We have had quite a few over these times, and always have been excellent - so thank you all

Smallish pub in city centre. Ambience is comfy and there is open space hidden at the back for gatherings. Fog friendly. Service is polite and friendly. Food is top notch. Highly recommended.
Had a delicious 2-course meal from the Nog tonight delivered straight to the door whilst adhering to social distancing. Really tasty food and generous portions. Would highly recommend for a takeaway that won’t disappoint.

The best pie I have ever had is from the nog inn. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is rexalxing. Felt like it had been my local for years. Highly recommend this place to anyone in the area.
