We came in for dinner and we had a very warm welcome, delicious food and a relaxed atmosphere- what more could you ask for! We had steak & chips and fish and chips for dinner and both meals were perfect- simple food done really well. It's also a place where the locals go which is a sure sign of finding the right pub. If we find ourselves in Wedmore again we'll definitely be popping into the New Inn. Lastly and most importantly, the covid safe measures in place we're effective and we felt very safe. Really glad we got to the New Inn before leaving Wedmore. Balj & Matt

Visited this pub whilst on holiday. Wonderful amiable atmosphere and great hosts. The food was superb and cooked to perfection for me. Very generous portion sizes. Not spoilt by modernisation. Will highly recommend the place.
Great pub, delicious food. Good Veggie and Vegan options. Staff were amazing and very accommodating to us a a big group. And really respectful and professional with their Covid protocols and safety measures.
Wow! This place has got it spot on. Felt very comfortable. Table service fantastic. Masks worn when not at table and hand sanitizer ready available. More important Timothy Taylor on and well looked after. Marquee going up in back garden so added weather protected seating outside. All the best to you.
