Lovely cosy pub, visited September 1st 2020. Best food we've experienced in and around Corfe. Unfortunately had some really bad quality meals at other pubs. Ordered the blue vinny steak pie with mash, veg was cooked to perfection, pie was excellent. My son had the lemon sole & we ordered burger & chips, followed by the best chocolate brownie we've tried & a plum & ginger crumble with ice cream, delicious. All three staff members were super friendly and made us feel very welcome. Will definitely return on our next visit to Purbeck. Thank you.

Not bad. We camped in the field behind for 12 a night.... Nice spot.... Campsite toilet and shower was a let down, one shower with a corrugated steel enclosure, open to the elements so not impressed......but it was only 12 a night so can't expect luxury. Staff were helpful and friendly and pub was nice. Meals were good too... It's a little isolated for us..
Amazing pub with great atmosphere! Perfectly cooked food made out of fresh, good quality ingredients. 5* for the Chef. Staff very polite, caring and professional Can't wait to come back
We camped in the field overnight, the staff were really lovely and the facilities clean although basic. We are there too and had the sardines and seafood platter and both were great. We'd definitely visit again, especially to camp as it was quiet and tucked away with a nice view.
Fantastic independent pub/restaurant, excellent food and service. Well spaced out tables and fully covid aware.
