Gorgeous Sunday lunch and good value. Landlord was lovely and the waitress was nice and look after our table very well. The Sunday lunch was delicious with great meat and seasonal vegetables and plenty of it and home made Yorkshire puddings! Puds were very good especially the brownie. The only negative is that it was quite cold in the back room but it is winter and we were first in and the staff did keep chucking logs on the open fire which was lovely and toastie by the time we left but may be a thought to light the fires earlier in the cold months. We will definitely return ! Thanks
Our first meal out since Covid began. Enjoyable food. Staff friendly. Felt comfortable. Reasonable price. Would highly recommend pizza and the fish n chips
I've been twice now and both time the service was great and staff were so friendly and welcoming. The food is very tasty. Already looking forward to going back
I have been here three times now and every time equally impressed. Great value food and great service. Cosy setting, nice for parties up to 6 / 8 I would say. Any larger and it can be a little cramped. The pizzas are truly excellent!
