I went on the first day of 50% off and the place was busy. I was first to order and expected everything freshly cooked. The fish was limp and tired. not like any beer battered fish that I have ever had. The peas were hard and the onion rings greasy. The staff were very pleasant. I had plenty of space but all in all a big disappointment.
Enjoyed a quiet, midweek lunch at the pub. Food was excellent and the service friendly & attentive. Highly recommend.
Place is nice and old,but we leave it hungry and sad...stuff are helpfull but not attent..We want to try again their kitchen...
