The best home for residents as well as staff everyone gets treated the same and everyone feels well led and everyone is caring, responsive works safely and effectively and has except me and now i'm able to move up and work to my goals i want, i also have been nominated to do activities in the evenings which i love doing also the residents love it too. The manager is lovely couldn't ask for a better manager one of the best. Not only does the residents feel right at home in their home but i feel right at home in this home too.

A home from home. It is a diffcult time when someone needs to move into a care home. However we found the staff very helpful and looked after my father with all the care and attention one can hope for. His condition improved and they even get him walking again. When we visit we are always made to feel welcome.

Old folk are not cash cows, they are human beings. Panorama once again highlights the need for a regulator with proper powers, an end to announced visits, and criminal proceedings against care home owners who put fat profits and shareholders before decent care standards. An argument of \we didn't know\ is just as negligent that those perpetrating the abuse, it's your job to know exactly what is going on in your establishment! If this is what we can expect in our twilight years, I'll make sure I'm long gone before any so called \care\ home ever makes a penny from me.

Needs a lot more staff and caring management. alternative is to close the home. There are enough homes with right attitude.
