I don't know what else to say about this place other than truly amazing. The staff are lovely and so so so welcoming. The food was fantastic and I can't wait to go and try some more for there food. They is so much on the menu that sounds lovely a had a had time picking The price was great too. I would recommend that you go for sure. X

Really nice food, and very good atmosphere. The only reason for 4 stars is sometimes the food isn't consistent.
It is excellent, new owners and it has its name back now. They have stripped it back to good portioned hearty food , (breakfasts also)which is all anyone really wants. Lovely people new to area and nice and welcoming even to just pop in for a coffee . Not tried sunday lunch but can imagine you will go away full. Good stuff and need more of it around here.
Warm and friendly welcome. Good tasty food, steak pie is delicious and recommended. Wonderful decorations for Christmas, very festive.
Stopped here today after a lenghty drive from Loch Lomand (4.5hrs). Cant say enough about the place, we were too early to eat from the dinner menu but i didnt fancy anything from the lunch menu, the chef kindly agreed to sort me out with a burger from the dinner menu and it was great, generous portion and proper meat! Other half had a salad which she thought was lovely too. Since we enjoyed our meals we had cheesecake from the cake/bake shop inside the pub for dessert, they both tasted as good as they looked albeit it too much for both of us to finish. For a little over 30 for 2 drinks, 2 mains and 2 desserts we couldnt of been happier. If we are driving by anytime again we will definitely call in. Highly recommended!
