We chose this lovely pub for its proximity to the guesthouse we were staying at (here for a day at Donington track). The pub had all safety measures in place to ensure everyone used gel on arrival, one way system and clear distancing stickers. We had a great evening, with wonderful food (great gluten free options including antipasti) and great selection of handpull ales. The ruby hobgoblin especially! Would recommend booking a table so that you can sit down at the time you wish to eat. Lovely well maintained outside terrace area as well for sitting outside and enjoying a drink outside.

Very friendly pub with a good traditional menu. We had the speciality burger which was excellent, really tasty. Puddings were all great, service excellent. Will come again when we are next here.
Lovely atmosphere, nice staff, very clean and food was brill. You must try the cheesecake! All I can say is wow! Looked like a work of art
We were given a warm welcome when we arrived and asked to use the cleansing stations which is quite reassuring. Only called in for a drink but the bistro dining facilitiesice looked very good. We used the outside seating area and that is the only slight downside as pop music was being played through a rather shrill sounding speaker, however a move of tables helped rectify the problem - suggest a new speaker.
Came here today for Sunday lunch. Our meals were lovely. All fresh, hot and well presented. The service was great and staff very friendly.
