Love stopping in to visit with Don and see all the eye candy on wheels sitting around, this time I came home with a new bike. Thanks to Andrew for taking the time to answer all my questions and filling me in with the other questions I didn't know to ask. No hi-pressure sales here just a good education to help you make the right choice the first time around, my favorite bike shop bar none. Thanks Guys, I'll enjoy this bike thoroughly!!!

Great folks in parts and service. They've gone out of their way in solving complex electrical challenges and have fair pricing for the 49th state!
Too often I have found that when I go to a shop looking for something, especially with regard to vehicles, motor sports or techno things, even with a little internet research, I am unfortunately more knowledgeable than the sales associate. This is a bummer because I go in to ask questions to help my decision in buying the item that fits my needs best. This was not the case with The Motorcycle Shop. Andrew, the sales manager, was a wealth of knowledge. Why? Because he rides bikes himself and knew tons about all the bikes I was interested in discussing. Further, he wasn’t pushy and was happy to talk motorcycles or whatever else my friend and I wanted to discuss as I made my decision. In the end, I got the bike I wanted with a great experience and feel confident that a solid relationship was forged for future bike needs. I highly recommend Andrew and the Motorcycle Shop!
Everything was great. These guys always work with me on everything I need and I leave super happy when it’s all done. They have had, and I’m sure will have my business for many more years.
This post is a retraction to an earlier review. 2020 has been a time of change for many us and my experience at the motorcyle shop the last couple of days has been amazing. The new service manager is a really nice and competent guy. The work was professional and efficient. I could not be happier. The owner spent a lot of time with us as well and really helped us decide on a new bike. We look forward to making a purchase this winter.
