Top notch coffee. No surprise it seems to have a steady flow of locals. Unfortunately not dog friendly inside - you will need to sit out the front to share coffee time with your pooch. They sell coffee beans too - either 8 or 10 for a 250g bag, which is quite high...
I work in an office across the road and love getting my morning coffee. I am really glad the lovey coffee house is still doing well. I know this because of the queues
I occasionally pass through cockermouth for work and i recently discovered The Moon and Sixpence. They have a professional barista there making the coffee which tastes better than any I've ever had before. As of September 2020 they are only offering takeaway, but they do have seating outside. I'd totally recommend visiting if you are passing through cockermouth or fancy some 5-Star coffee.
I love this place. It's my secret sanctuary. It has a real North London villages vibe. Great coffee with dairy free alternatives available. Love the changing interior decor with fresh flowers and stained glass windows. Fab table service with a glass of water given as mandatory.
