The return postage was prepaid Royal Mail tracked 24, so you just have to pop it in a Royal Mail priority post box. The Lab received my test kit the next day and within 24 hours I had my result via email. Communication with the clinic was professional and prompt. Really lovely team and fantastic service. I went for a PCR test and whole team made it a much better experience than expected. The doctors were super helpful in reorganising the test date to ensure I was within the 48h window for flying. The receptionist is really nice and welcoming and the nurse are very patient and calming! All round I would recommend them for anyone needing a PCR test to travel.
