Seemingly great experience at the time but within less than a month my screen replacement is slow and sometimes randomly starts doing things which I haven't asked the phone to do. Several months on it is even worse. My new battery was just as bad the one I had replaced within 2 months.
Popped in for an iPhone X replacement screen. The guys were helpful and the job was done well and fast too! Great set up and very pleased with the result.
I went to get my phone fixed recently, handed it in at 11am and was informed that it would be ready to collect the same day by 5pm. Regarding the price, I was told the minimum it would cost but also the price for the worst case scenario. My expectations were also managed in the event it would not be possible to fix the phone. My phone was fixed by 5pm, with the minimum price that was quoted as promised, and I was contacted to collect it. Big thanks to Z who managed expectations very well and delivered excellent customer service!
I am a non techie Nana who has used this mobile store for more than a decade. Maybe two decades?! They set me up with my very first mobile phone! They are my go to place. Everyone there has been kind, helpful, patient and given thoughtful, practical help over the years. Thank you guys!
