So happy this place survived lockdown! I live and work nearby and have been coming here for ages. Staff are always friendly and welcoming, and it's a great place to grab a quick bite.

This deli with dining tables is only about four weeks old, but they look like they are off to a decent start. We visited while strolling across Park Avenue and hoping to find something wholesome on Lexington. We were thrilled to discover The Mill. We all sat and ate a delicious breakfast. Now for the cons: 1) the dining space was way too tight (too many tables and chairs in such a small dining space); 2) the prices for dining in-house are much higher than ordering to go; 3) there is a ten percent service charge for eating in-house. 4) they served everything on paper or plastic; 5) our simple in-house egg platter breakfasts costs as much as dining in a fine restaurant. 6) we realized when we left that the restaurant grade was not prominently posted on the windows or behind the register.

Sat down outside to drink my coffee, nasty manager came outside saying I can’t sit here, cause I’m not a customer meanwhile it’s 30 degrees out and there’s no customers. I won’t be coming back.

Convenient location for midtown if you're looking for place for quick breakfast or lunch. Most popular for lunch pick up or they have plenty seating. I got chicken cutlets on toasted hero with avocado, it was good.

Stopped in for lunch with a friend. She got a salad and I got the hamburger deluxe. She was surprised at the large portion size of the salad, but enjoyed it. The hamburger was tasty, not to greasy, and I loved that they kept the lettuce and tomato separate. The steak fries were ok. An affordable spot for lunch in the middle of expensive midtown Manhattan. Definitely will go back to try the other items on the menu
