Great venue for craft fairs. Has huge hall, plenty of toilets and a decent cafe serving hot food and drinks. Set right next to this beautiful windmill (hence the name!). Has convenient accessible doors to the side of the venue, making it easier to 'unload' from the car park. All in all, would thoroughly recommend this well situated venue, which is also very close to the main high street

A great venue. Free parking afterc1pm Saturdays and all day Sundays. Large stage for shows. Plenty room for seating and dancing. Wheelchair friendly. Small seating area with kitchen.
Attended a lovely Christmas craft fayre and bought our new baby some gorgeous hand knitted bits. Also enjoyed a very reasonable tasty lunch in the cafe. Will be visiting again
If ever you are unsure how the people of Rayleigh come to elect Marc Francoise their MP, visit the Rayleigh Mill for the annual R.O.D.S. Pantomime and all will become apparent.
Perfect venue for all the craft and wellbeing events they do. I had a stall there once too and found everything easy (especially parking and getting tea at the cafe)
