The food was exceptionally good and the service very attentive. There were 7 of us and everyone loved all their dishes. My steak was so succulent. My wife even enjoyed her lamb stew type dish (as you can tell from my description, I am not a food writer). The fact that she enjoyed her dish was good for me. Usually in a restaurant she orders something she doesn't like and then says those dreaded words: 'I'll just share some of yours'. As you can imagine I am filled with joy when I hear those words!! I think to myself: I was looking forward to child portions!! So in Mesken we bypassed that routine and I enjoyed ALL of my juicy steak The cocktails were also very good. I have been to places where there is more ice than liquid but here the ratio was right. This was our first outing after the lockdown. We initially sat outside but it got chilly quickly but the staff were very quick in arranging a table for 7 inside. I will definitely visit again.

Lovely food, been twice and both time it was great, a very nice restaurant and not to expensive, good quality food. Service is a little rushed. And if yiu are not drinking after your meal then you will be politely asked to give up your table and go to the bar, im fine with that and its fair. I only imagine this is when they are busy. A nice place to go for a nice meal.
Food and service great. Lacking a little in atmosphere, but I think that was more to do with the covid restrictions. Would definitely go back .
Just had a delivery. Took an hour to turn up but it is Friday night. The food was so delicious and so much of it! We'll be ordering again for sure
