He made me remove my mask before starting which I was slightly uncomfortable with but proceeded to anyway. He asked where I was from, and upon telling him where I live he proceeded to mock the culture and the accent. Before finishing, he used the cut throat razor on the back of my neck, it was only when I got home had I realised he had cut me. I understand accidents happen but I also noticed he used the same equipment on different customers without cleaning them in between hand, so the cut he gave me on my neck worries me given the current pandemic we live in mixed with not using sanitary equipment. I had also booked in for 2pm and when arriving I had to wait for him to finish 1 customer, and then start and finish another customer before me, despite booking a specific time. On top of all this I walked out of here with the worst trim I’ve ever had, he told me he’d been in the business for 25 years and that he “knows all the ins and outs”, (apparently apart from how to use a cut throat razor properly). He also over charged me.

Had some disappointing haircuts recently but Mo and Fabian sorted me right out. Will be back here on the reg from now on! Great chat and a fantastic job done.
