The food is Average compared to the Med style cuisine. Went on a busy day and had to wait over an hour just to get a ready made Houmous. (Well that too had to ask for it in the end). The food can be better/ tastier/ better quantity/quality considering the price on the menu. The management should be responsible for having more staffs on a busy night rather than blaming it on the waiters/waitresses. The owner seems less bothered about the customer service with the least smile expected from him as well as a good service. The only good thing was the Kunafa for desert. The mocktails are not on the menu but the lovely bartender offered to make it. Asked for a Strawberry Mojito but it was tasteless. (Appreciate the effort to offer to make it by the bartender on a busy night but it just wasn't the one.) However, they are planning to bring Mocktails on the menu soon. May not possibly visit there for food again but mighy visit to have the Kunafa. The atmosphere is pretty lively and if you can sit outside on a sunny day, you're absolutely going to love it.

Genuinely the best service I've ever received at a restaurant. Our server was Nick and he was incredibly polite, had a laugh with us and made some suggestions from the menu which were outstanding. We were offered some free mulled wine which was perfection and the food was delicious. Best sirloin steak I've had! If I could rate it 6 stars, I would. Definitely come to The Med.
Just got our food delivered and it sounds like they were having a nightmare busy night. However the food it great , the delivery was fast , considering the situation. And most of all the customer service was brill . Two calls to say sorry for delay and one call to check we had it once it arrived . Well done guys , you are all amazing and really appreciate the hard work
My first visit and I’m impressed! I have heard very good things about The Med and I wasn’t disappointed. It was a quiet night due to the pandemic but, service and quality certainly were not lacking. Our waiter was amazing, he was conscientious without being too attentive and irritating, he struck the balance perfectly. The food was incredible (I can’t provide photos because I’m not into that, words alone are enough), the food we had we so fresh and bursting with flavour. I will be returning hopefully very soon!
Have visited the Med several times now and always experienced excellent service and food, fabulous setting overlooking the docks. Great also for alfresco dining on a sunny day. All this a step away from my office at Fig Offices. Looking forward to Lockdown lifting for my next business lunch.
