Transformed a christmas gift hunting into awkward situation as I wished to gift ski shoes. First got a seller nicely recommending cheap shoes without any price range given in our part. The owner overselling FT shoes where all may be changed. After we asked for higher flex and thinner shoes and 40 minutes of unwillingness the owner finally told us that is shop isn't a dressing room and if we don't want to buy unfitted shoes we've nothing to do here... he then insisted that we wouldn't find thinner shoes in this price range !!! We got away marked as thieves. Worse is that 30 minutes later we got shoes at skifast perfectly thermofitted with lots of advices and smiles. Certainly a different price range than previously advised but at a better price than on most e-shops I checked afterward. I should thank them for their lack of professionalism.

I was recommended this place after breaking my binding and finding no ski shops that could help. I got spectacular service on getting an affordable replacement and getting it properly installed. I came back a few days later for a great deal on some boots and a few shirts. If you're a snowboarder, this is a good spot to drop by and check out.

I don't understand the poor reviews, I've been using Snow Park both summer (Mountain Bikes) and Winter (Snow Boards) for years, we keep going back because of the friendly service, excellent quality of advice, can-do attitude of the two very approachable people that run the place... On one day the weather was poor and we returned the bikes after just one run, and got a completely unexpected free day later in the week! We stay in Tignes 1800 so it's a bit inconvenient for us, but worth the extra trip up to Snow Park - an excellent place who's board and bike prices are the same as everywhere else (sometimes cheaper if you get the top-end bikes) and good value.

Went to hire bikes for friends who were beginners, bikes not serviced at all, suspension completely dead on three different bikes we rented from them , complete wast of money, look for bike rental elsewhere , it's cheaper and bikes are mostly brand new. Bikes they were hiring Specialized demo 8 2015 in 2017 . Unhappy with service, staff were just looking for excuses instead of actually giving another bike.

Very good shop. Wide assortment of technical (ski's, boards etc) and leisure (nice trendy cloth, scarves, hats) stuff. Also high quality sun-glasses and snowgoggles. Staff is very friendly, helpfull and professional. In summer you also can rent bikes. Great store, wide choice, nice people!

Very helpful and friendly owner and staff. We rented 4 downhill bikes here, with insurance. The protective personal equipment is top notch and in great condition compared to what you can find elsewhere in the french alps. They were very understanding after a bad back injury, and did not try to rip us off. Most importantly, the rental prices are better than touristy stations such as les gets and chamonix. Definitely recommended for bikers who already rent appartment in the vicinity.

I badly damaged myself and my skis and bindings on some rocks in couloir. Snowpark couldn’t fix me but they were the first shop to offer to try and fix my skis/bindings. They went to great lengths to repair the broken sidewall and top plate of one ski. They also offered spare parts from a broken pair of the same binding. Honest advice, great service at a fair price, what more could you want
