Extremely rude people with no customer service skills. Arranged a date and time to hand back our keys to our flat, had a confirmation letter and email through confirming the time and no one showed up. After ringing the office numerous times a member of staff answered very rudely saying “what do you want?” and proceeded to tell us it’s not their problem (despite confirming the time a few days prior) and to post the keys through the office. We then dropped off the keys at the office. We later got another rude phone call accusing us of not dropping off the keys for them to later realise they’d misplaced them in the office. Still no apology. We then received our bond back a month after our move out date as they “hadn’t gotten round to it”. Poor service, rude people, would not recommend.
The Market Place is like a Treasure Trove, a dealer has moved in about 8 months ago and is now full of Antiques of every kind, you can find any kind of old things you desire from antique fans to chest of drawers and old Books, including old Bibles. You can also find handbags and wallets, in the other room is more furniture and figures made by Royal Darby, If you have an hour to fill you would spend it well at the Market Place.
Nice meal, slightly more expensive than a usual pub menu, but food was 'posher'. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Will visit again
