A great variety of stores here. Can always find what I'm looking for. They try to adhere to all COVID rules well to keep shoppers safe.

The Mall reopened with one way system (keep to the left) all around it. There are signs, arrows, hand sanitizer and people by all entrance doors explaining to people how it goes. All the shops I visited ( M&S, Boots, Vision Express, Next) have their own hand sanitizer too, floor signs and barriers by the tills. All well prepared for our safety. It's a pity to see many careless people not following the system and getting to close to others when inside the shops. I hope you can carry on enjoying your shop experience at the Mall with enough consideration and care for EVERYONE. And from the 24th WEAR A MASK TOO.

Love the shops in the mall. But as a customer, me and my friend had to sit on the floor due to being in tier 3 (because of covid 19) as there were no seating available to eat our food. Maybe adding a few more benches or chairs for disabled people (or prioritizing disabled seating would be useful) around the mall would be useful especially in this challenging time. I'm sure I am not the only one who agrees with me.

Great shopping centre. Loads of shops, some top brands available here! A very large John Lewis and M&S on either end of the long Shopping Mall. Ample free parking available,plenty of disabled bays, child bays and normal bays. There is a wheelchair borrowing scheme here - shopmobility, but you have to collect from downstairs in the car park. A good sized play park out the back of Boots for the kids to burn off a bit of energy. Bus station at the John Lewis and of the Mall - complete with love bus times just inside the door. Toilets are always clean. Plenty of places to eat and drink. A good day out and something for all the family.
