Really friendly and stunning location and cake. Found this tea room while on a bike ride. Warm welcome and even better homemade cakes. Great seating inside and loads outside overlooking the canal
I can't rate Mad Hatter's highly enough. My boyfriend and I were able to meet the household in our Safety Bubble here as it was warm and sunny enough to sit outside, well away from everyone else. Despite us having a large order, the food and drinks arrived in a timely fashion and everything was hot and tasty. It's great value for money and service is excellent. Sitting outside by the canal in the morning sunshine was wonderful.
As always a pleasure to visit. Lovely food reasonably priced. Lovely welcoming staff. No wonder they were busy.
