A small tea room, but everything about it is simply amazing. The decoration makes you feel you just dropped into the rabbit hole with Alice. The owner is amazing, so warm and friendly and prepares amazing food with much care and attention to details. The afternoon tea I had today was simply the best I have had ever.

Very friendly. I had a BLT sandwich which was excellent and served with a side of crisps. I had a cup of tea too. Very pleasant. BUT that all cost 7.60 the sandwich was 4.50 which was 2 sandwiches on plain white bread. There was an eat in premium of 50p yet I sat outside! That means an ordinary cup of tea was 2.60! It was a normal tea nothing special like Earl Grey etc. However I was given a large tea and not offered Standard or large hence the expensive tea. There are reduced VAT rates at the moment to help the hospitality business so please watch your prices, there is too much choice in Bath. The 50p charge for instance should be scrapped, a normal acceptable lunch of sandwich and drink should fall easily with a 5 bracket. This usually gets the customer to buy something else, maybe a dessert. Overall and asides to the pricing the sandwiches were very nice, thank you

Owners were exceedingly polite and helpful, the Brie and Cranberry baguette I had was the best I have had in a long while. Coffee was nicely sized and all at a decent price. The Mad Hatters Hot Chocolate was impressive and tasted lovely. The decoration was in theme with the name and makes this cafe a very cozy place. All in all a place well worth visiting.

A truly unique shop in amongst the saturated market for this type of establishment. The owners are very friendly people, and the food is tasty. There is a wide range of ice creams and sandwiches on offer, along with cream teas and the usual range of coffees one would expect from such an extablishment. Prices are a little high, but not too bad in comparision to others in the area. The seating area is extremely small - there are a couple of tables inside and a couple more on the pavement, but space is at a premium. Best to walk or catch a bus to visit here, as no parking is present outside.
