Had prawn and crab sandwiches here which were so nice.the older couple serving worked well as a team it seemed younger team members did cooking upstairs. The lady was telling us about the ceiling being made from tin. Due to Cornwall having been a place for tin mines back in the day. Loved the experience there.

Good food, hot and tasty, served by pleasant staff. Recommend. We reserved a table which was necessary as very popular.
Great place to eat and drink right in the center of town. A great selection of pints from local to classic at affordable prices. I had the scampy and chips which was excellent, nice and fresh, while my brother had the surf and turf which he enjoyed too. Came with tartare sauce ( in a container) and was fairly filling although maybe lacking in veg. Staff were friendly and service was quite prompt resulting in a great experience on the whole.
