Great salon located in a nice, central spot in Woodbridge. The stylist told me that the salon has been there for over 100 years, but I think it feels modern and has a nice, friendly atmosphere.
Superb service! I've been to the Lounge twice this year now and I feel like a million bucks in their care. All the staff are so welcoming and my stylist Fran is fantastic - she always makes sure that I get exactly the cut and colour that I want. I highly recommend the Lounge and especially Fran!
I visited for the first time and had an eyebrow wax with Rachel. The treatment room was lovely and Rachel was fantastic. She really took her time, was gentle, very thorough, precise and friendly. I would recommend and will be returning.
Went to see Rachel at the beauty lounge with my sister today and Rachel was incredible! She made us feel like we were instantly her friends and really made an effort to make the whole experience as enjoyable as possible! From heating the electric blanket so we would keep warm to making us cups of tea - and we only came for nails! Her customer service was the most enjoyable part, chatting about christmas whilst getting christmas nails done was the perfect Saturday morning! When a beautician is as lovely as Rachel it really makes a difference to the whole experience - PLUS the fact she is very talented!! We had a lovely time and would highly recommend! Thank you Rachel!
