The London Nutritionist

Jo helped me to completely turn around my relationship with food. I have rediscovered my love of cooking to build on foods I love and discover new textures and taste. Could not recommend more

Until April 2013 I use to be on fade diet with no result and always tired. One day I decided to see a nutritionist and I found Jo Travers. During 4 months I followed the advice of Jo. STOPPED eating low fat everything (yogurt, cheese etc..) and started with good creamy yogurt, started to eat good carbs etc..not killing myself at the gym, I just do 1 session of zumba a week and Sunday night I practice power walk for 2 hours. I am now much more happy, have a lot of more energy. I maintain my ideal weight. Thank you so much for your help JO.
