A very poor experience with the London Decking Company, who we chose based on good reviews and their supposed ability to move fast. A long story short, a small deck that was meant to be completed in June (initial expectations set for May) was finally completed in September. It involved numerous failures to arrive, a space that wasn't measured correctly by the team, delays, and 3 return visits to fix issues with the work. I had to call and chase head office several times when the team didn't arrive at the agreed date. Communication was very poor. The end product is fine (now), but the whole process was so stressful I wouldn't recommend this company.
