Had a superb meal here the other week when we were on our holidays. Mark is such a fantastic host albeit he Is frustrated that due to present restrictions he cannot show us all his talents! The portions were substantial but more importantly the food was delicious especially the chips and port and dripping Sauce that we ordered with our sirloin steak. Went twice during our 10 day stay and highly recommend a visit.

Had a fab evening celebrating nephews leaving to the navy. Food was amazing and hosts were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for the warm welcome Will most certainly be returning.
Four of us went for a meal last weekend, having just moved to the area it was wonderful to find such a friendly pub with great food. We will be going back again and again!
We as a group of eight arrived without notice to be met with a very welcoming host who went out of his way to make our time there enjoyable and was patient with the young children in our group. The food was fantastic and the portion size was large certainly too large for most in our group Our time there made the last evening of the holiday a throughly enjoyable Experience and worth every penny and somewhere we would visit again without question when next in the area Chris
Having been in lock down, this place has come to the rescue on more than one occasion. Beautifully prepared food ready for collection. I’d recommend the lasagne, great portions, great prices. And you have to have the Sunday roast!! Cannot wait for you guys to open 100% again soon.
