This is my go to for all wines. I will go out of my way to visit. As a wine shop this place is excellent with a great selection and staff knowledgable enough to be able to introduce you to alternatives if they don't have the exact wine you're after. A wide range of colours/styles and vintages with a focus on quality means there is something suitable and affordable for any taste or budget. Staff are very friendly and if you're lucky enough to have time to pop round the corner to the bar and social you'll be able to sit and sample some more fine cheeses, meats and charcuterie (and of course more wine) - as well as the lovely mulled wine at this time of year. They also stock a slightly smaller range of fortified wines, whiskies, local craft beers and ciders. Treat yourself, shop local.

Meet Up Social Group 11 Friends.. Can't thank the entire team at Little Wine Shop enough for an absolutely amazing evening.. Apologies for a few cancellations.. Very accommodating and provided A service from the minute we entered to the minute we left.. Excellent advice on wine .. \Ciu Ciu\ Italian reserve 2018 Red and a nice white chilled Sauvignon Blanc alongside assorted Cheese and Meat boards. Highly recommend the Cocotte. Based on first time visit I advise strongly to book Fri and Sat Evening.. A hidden secret of Taunton!!

Really great find. Relaxed vibe, with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Amazing array of quality wines to take away by the bottle of drink on the premises by the glass. Good curation by the staff without being intimidating for the novice. Lovely selection of cold meats, cheeses, pates, etc. Outside seating area very pleasant in the summer.
