I wanted to do something a bit different for my Goddaughters 9th birthday. She is a keen baker & cake decorator. After a few conversations with Ali, she came up with a suggestion for a one to one session for 3 hours teaching Shannon some modelling skills. Shannon had a lovely morning creating an array of sea creatures, shells and sea grass. Ali made Shannon feel very comfortable and at ease. Shannon will be using some of the photos from this session in her application for Junior Bake Off. I checked out some of Ali’s other work while we were there and couldn’t believe that the abundance of flowers were all sugar craft, they were amazing. I particularly liked her bespoke bride & groom cake toppers. Ali has an amazing talent and a great ability to put people at their ease and share her skills.

Highly professional and organised yet fun, relaxed and super informative . Nothing was rushed and the 1 2 1 tuition meant that Ali was there for me every step of the way which gave me the confidence to achieve more than I would have thought possible in such a short time! Look forward to unlocking even more of my hidden talents with her help on future courses !
Alison is an outstanding teacher. Very methodical, systematic and pays attention to tiny skillful details that are most useful. I would highly recommend.
I booked a 1-1 lesson with Ali at the Little Sugar Box to learn how to use ganache plates to create a professional ganache covered cake and to create a sugar paste rose. I can thoroughly recommend Ali's classes. She was patient, informative and nothing was too much trouble. We had a fun day and I could ask as many questions as I could think of. I look forward to attending more classes to learn more about creating some of her amazing sugar paste flowers. Thank you Ali for a fun day and for putting up with my mishaps.
Was a bit nervous about having a 1-2-1 session. I needn’t have been it was fabulous. A relaxed, fun, informative and oh so creative 2 days with the lovely Ali. I learned loads and feel so much more confident about covering cakes now - and I made sugar flowers too - which looked real! Going for another session soon.
