Not a single fault to this excellent pub in the heart of Lewes, after seeing the reviews online and hearing the success of the new menu from the Greedyboys kitchen I had to try it out myself and it did not disappoint! Take a few friends and share the buffalo wings,white bait and scotch eggs to start, I had the minute steak salad for main cooked to perfection just how I like it medium rare and to finish the best brownie I have ever had. Chefs Luca and Sam have executed the menu to perfection there are even bigger things to come from these lads I wouldnt want to miss it if i was you.

The food was so good and the cider too... Had the pork belly and the fish and chips. Was very happy when the food came out then he came back out with a Yorkshire...... Amazing. Fish and chips were very tasty and batter crunchy and delicious. I still can't orchard was available from the box and a couple of different bottles as well in the fridge lovely Easter Sunday.
A North American discovering the delight that is the fish finger sandwich. My favourite pub of all the ones we went to (many) over three weeks.
Lovely old building with modern vibe. Great food, includes interesting veggie options. Good safety measures too.
Lovely pub. Good beers and food. Coping with the current situation well, unlike some others in Lewes.
