Booked a take away for collection (no restaurant available due to cobid) was given a pick up time Arrived to find food not ready Had to wait a further 35 minutes to get order It appears that delivery has priority over collection maybe because they have your money already when ordering online and delivery needs to be paid for when it arrives ? Food is of a standard fitting the establishment however would not recommend the joint starter as you only get one each of the items listed (not sure how you share a samosa?) Would i recommend it, not sure slightly overpriced I would say as prices for take away are the same as sit down (when open)

How can I give even 1 star when you order online, confirm by phone that they have your order then nothing turns up at all! Not a phone call or email to apologise, nothing. This kind of service is way beyond poor. Won’t give you the chance to do it a second time. My credit better be quicker than your service.
After being a dine in customer for many many years (miss the cocktail lounge though) and having had great service, great food and great times so very many times my wife and I have dearly missed our Indian date nights and get togethers with friends since Covid-19. We like the place so much that we have had Christmas dinner there. Purely by accident we found out yesterday that LT had started delivery. Contacted them to see if they delivered to us (we are about 7 miles out of town) and to enquire if they would be able to do my beloved curry Raj Tilock. Yes and yes. So about 8hrs after finding out they delivered we had a delivery. Due to a mix up we were delivered my correct order but my wife's paneer was prawn, but absolute credit and thanks within about 25 mins of telling them there was another delivery to replace it. Excellent customer service and excellent food. Even their chutney trays are the best, the spicy chilli chutney is amazing. Thank you for providing delivery. LT is back on our menu. Highly recommended to any Indian cuisine lovers.
A few pointers... 1) Don’t do deliveries if you struggle with organisation. 2) Don’t put 50 min delivery time on just eat it it’s going to be 2 hours and 45 3) Get faster cars for your delivery drivers. 3.5 miles in over 30 mins.... no joke I could almost walk faster. 4) If you are going to perform poorly, don’t get a young girl to answer phone who has no phone or customer service skills. As you can tell I’m not happy. I don’t usually leave reviews but seen as it was a record delivery time thought it was worth my input. Food was average and bland but surprisingly warm seen as it it took longer to prep and deliver than it would for me to drive to other side of country. All of above quite the norm according to google reviews, wish I read that first. Thanks for nothing Lemon tree, I won’t be back
Use lemon tree regular food always fantastic, tonight unfortunately main course was warm but not hot,was a little disappointed,but quality is normally a very high standard.
