We damaged part of a kitchen fitted a few years ago by another Leicester kitchen fitter. I could not get the original guy to order the part we needed. I phoned The Leicester Kitchen Co to see if they could help. Mark was amazing, he ordered the part and delivered it to our home when it was available (today). Can't recommend enough The Leicester Kitchen Company! The finished kitchen speaks for itself! Real wood and craftsmanship and fantastic ideas that I never had considered. Mark had great communication with us and kept us updated throughout from the design to the very end, I couldn't be happier with the finished product. Mark and his team were hard working, tidy and nice people to have working at the home. Highly recommend.
We placed an order with the company to put high quality plinth in our kitchen almost 8 to 9 months ago. Mark took a sample with him as well as a deposit. He is yet to be seen. Our kitchen remains unfinished and sad. I have been trying to contact him and ... we live in Leicester.
Am now mighty glad to say that LKC has reached back and fitted the plinth to our satisfaction as soon as possible post Covid 19 lockdown.
Very poor service, bad organisation and terrible communication. Would not recommend the Leicester kitchen company. Mark only recently arranged to get our kitchen finished (only took about four months) and the first door has already fallen off. We think very highly of both fitters, Graham and Richard, who worked very hard. We would employ them both again in a heartbeat. But not through the Leicester Kitchen Company. The lack of integrity really let the company down.
