Lovely place in a great location. Food is brilliant, the best meal I've had in a long time. Friendly staff ensure tables are clean and service is good. Beer is great! Had a wonderful pint of Icebreaker, which is perfect on a warm sunny day. First time here but certainly not the last!

This is a proper pub situated at the base of The Roaches. You can enjoy a drink whilst looking up at the walk you’ve done or about to do. Tents and wash bays outside set up outside for Covid restrictions. Good bear and tasty food unfortunately for us we were served by a very rude waitress.
Absolutely amazing. Best meal I've ever had. Food and service were absolutely fantastic. I recommend the swordfish or steaks. All food is fresh and delicious.
Lovely Pub, great atmosphere and the food is incredible! Gutted I couldn't have duck today as it wasn't on the special menu but none the less I do love a great pub with great food and drink ! Girls were very attentive as well which was a plus! Came all the way from Essex for a break away and would defo recommend this hidden gem!
Last lunch before another lockdown and it was excellent. Week cooked and very well presented. Beer selection is also very good. Staff were all very helpful and efficient. Will definitely return.
