I have been a regular customer for a while now. They wash and press my work shirts every week to a very high standard. And 5 for five shirts. Great value and highly recommended. Very friendly service too. Do it!

Friendly flexible service which was appreciated, willing to go the extra length to resolve unexpected misunderstanding. But my pants came back with what appears to be waking detergent caked onto the leg. :-( also, ALL of my underwear appears to be missing. I'll have to call them now.
I booked a pick up for 11th August for a duvet and two coats. Half an hour after the pick-up time, the company called to tell me that they had no driver available and asked to pick up the following day. Fine with me. My laundry was picked up on 12th and I was told that they would return it on 13th. Nearly a week later, no sign of my laundry so I called on 18th just to be told that they forgot my order in the warehouse and they would arrange a delivery for 19th. On 19th, however, only my duvet was delivered, the two coats were missing. I had to call again to sort it out and once again was told that part of my order was forgotten in the warehouse. Apart from a verbal apology, there was no refund or credit or any meaningful compensation for their poor service and all the hassle that I had to go through. Not to mention that their drivers always showed up at a random time rather the time that had been agreed. Worst laundry pick-up experience to date.
Love this place , clothes always well done and great value.
